By accessing or using Ledgester, a reference tool from Profinss ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ledgester provides software tools for Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) workflows, including invoice generation, quotation creation, calculators, lookup utilities, and document storage. The Service is intended for businesses, accountants, and tax practitioners.
Ledgester is a software utility, not a substitute for professional tax or legal advice. Calculators, due-date reminders, ITC checkers, and other reference content are provided for general guidance only. Always verify outputs against the official GST portal (gst.gov.in) and consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or tax advisor before filing returns or making compliance decisions. We disclaim all liability for errors, omissions, or losses arising from reliance on the Service.
You may use the Service without an account. If you create one (via Google Sign-In), you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Some features are part of the paid "Pro" plan. Pro features are made available to your account on receipt of payment as agreed by email. Pricing, billing cycle, and refund policy are communicated at the time of purchase. Where required by law, refunds are processed within 30 days of a valid request. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscriptions; existing subscriptions are honoured until renewal.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service (invoices, customer details, etc.). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit that data only as needed to operate the Service for you.
We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce existing functionality.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk, with notice where reasonably possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and without warranty. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered place of business of Ledgester.
